1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using any service provided by cbajji ("the Platform"), you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered members, and players with active real-money balances.

cbajji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of cbajji following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use cbajji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cbajji strictly prohibits access by persons under this age.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already hold an existing cbajji account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of cbajji staff.

cbajji reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate and that you meet all eligibility criteria stated above. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cbajji account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person or permit any third party to access or use your account under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted through your cbajji account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. cbajji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• You must notify cbajji immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform outside of normal player use.
• You must keep your contact details up to date so that cbajji can reach you regarding your account.
• You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared device.

cbajji reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where suspicious activity, multiple login locations, or signs of unauthorised access are detected, pending a security review.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on cbajji are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. cbajji reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your cbajji wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. cbajji does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but cbajji targets completion within five (5) minutes for mobile money transfers under normal operating conditions.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• cbajji reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Any balance credited via a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during system maintenance periods may experience delays beyond the standard processing window.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account settings.

cbajji is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking intermediaries, or network outages beyond our direct control. If a deposit fails to credit your account, you must contact support within 48 hours with proof of the transaction.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

cbajji offers welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the time the offer is made. These promotional terms supplement and form part of these general Terms and Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered by cbajji unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry periods are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• cbajji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if it is claimed fraudulently, through collusion, or in a manner inconsistent with normal play.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotional terms.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned upon request. cbajji may reverse an incorrectly credited bonus from your account balance without prior notification.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash unless wagering requirements are met, and cannot be combined unless the specific promotion permits it.

cbajji reviews bonus activity to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse or systematic exploitation. Where such patterns are identified, cbajji reserves the right to void winnings, remove the bonus balance, and suspend or permanently close the account concerned.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the cbajji platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are independently verified for fairness. cbajji does not influence game results in any way.

7. Sports Betting Rules

cbajji offers sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey, among others. All bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and betting market as published on the Platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. cbajji reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to availability. cbajji may suspend live betting markets at any time without notice.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be settled in accordance with the applicable sports rules published for that market.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per settlement period. These limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) in odds will be voided. cbajji will notify affected players and return the wagered stake.
• Winnings from sports betting will be credited to your BDT wallet following official confirmation of the event result.

cbajji uses official data sources to determine sporting results. Where a result is disputed publicly, cbajji may delay settlement pending clarification from the relevant sporting authority.

8. Responsible Gaming

cbajji is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity and must never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

cbajji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Suspected underage gambling or account access by an ineligible person.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed towards cbajji staff or other players.
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or exploits as described in Section 6.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be returned to the player following a review, at cbajji's discretion. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from fraudulent activity will not be returned under any circumstances.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting cbajji support. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal manner, subject to verification requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the cbajji Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of cbajji or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from cbajji.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cbajji, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond cbajji's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses sustained as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance on information, promotions, or content displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cbajji's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the cbajji Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting cbajji support directly via Telegram @cbajji_support or by email at support cbajji.onl. cbajji will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. cbajji's decisions on matters of account management, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility are final, subject only to demonstrated technical error.

14. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and cbajji with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
